Information you choose to share
When online enquiries are available, the form collects your name, email address, enquiry type, message and consent time. Participation interest is an enquiry, not a tournament registration. Please do not include payment details, health information or identity documents in your message.
How it is used
Submitted details are used to respond to your enquiry or, if you request participation updates, to contact you about RGT tournament participation. They are not published in the player directory or gallery. The website does not automatically sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Storage and service providers
Enquiries and entry requests are stored in the website’s private database, using local storage for a locally operated installation or Supabase for the hosted service. Only authorized owners can access these submissions. Hosting providers process the technical information needed to serve the website. Cloudflare Turnstile verifies enquiries to help prevent automated abuse and may process browser and network information for that purpose.
Your choices
You do not need to provide personal information to browse this website. You can ask for correction or deletion of an enquiry, or withdraw your request for participation updates, through RGT’s official contact channel when it is published. If RGT replies by email, you can also reply to that conversation with your request.
Junior players
Enquiry forms are for adults aged 18 and over. A parent or guardian should make enquiries on behalf of a junior player. Entry requests additionally collect the player’s name, selected category, adult contact details and guardian confirmation. An entry request is pending until an organizer confirms it; no payment details are collected.
Photography
Organizer accounts use a necessary, secure session cookie that expires after eight hours. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access controls keep submissions separate from published content. Operators can correct or delete records; backup copies may remain until the operator’s backup rotation removes them.
The gallery uses the supplied RGT event archive. Unverified dates and player identities are not assigned. Photography corrections and removal requests can be raised through the official contact channel once available.
Cookies and analytics
The welcome popup stores a small preference in your browser so it only appears automatically on your first visit. No contact details are stored in that preference. You can reopen the enquiry form through the floating contact button.
If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, the site opens a message draft. Any details you enter are included in that draft; you decide whether to send it. WhatsApp processes information under its own privacy terms. The website does not automatically send the message.
This version has no advertising trackers or optional analytics. When enquiry verification is enabled, the verification provider may use necessary technical mechanisms to protect the form.
Notice version: 25 September 2026. Please use the contact form for privacy, correction or removal requests. Do not submit sensitive documents through this website.
